Dear All Respected Members, If the Employer creates Challan and Paid it on time.
But as per the wages register, employees PF deducted Rs. 1800/- but as per ECR, it is deposited only Rs, 1500/- balance Rs. 300
Should it be deposited as a monthly challan or as an Arrear? Will it attract Penal Damage or not?
