I would like to know is there any difference between Designation - Associate and Executive.
Some of our outsourced employees are designated as Associate and some as Executive.
We are looking ahead to bring uniformity in designation so as to build a better work place for them.
So kindly suggest , they should be tagged as Associates or Executives.
It's a power sector, distribution company.
