Will I get my increment amount and bonus - presently I am in notice period. All other employees are got increment letters effective from 1st Jan and earrirs will be paid in April month. My last working day will be 10may.

Hi As you submitted resignation employee your employer might not process increment for you. But you are eligible for bonus till your last working day.

Why will they bother giving an increment to someone who has resigned and will not remain? It’s not like they will worry about your loyalty.
The bonus, I am assuming is performance bonus or exgratia. In both cases, I don’t see why they will bother.
If your performance bonus was clearly written in your appointment letter, perhaps you can demand it, but even that I doubt they will pay
