Dear Seniors,
Iam working in an organisation there we have a manpower contractors and they are having there own PF & ESI nos. and there are paying the amount monthly for pf & esi. A worker is working more than 2 yrs under this manpower contract and he wants to know whether they are paying pf for him so he get the pf no. from the contractor. Now keeping this pf no. can we check in online whether the pf no. is belongs to that person for that what to do. Pls tell me.

Hi Suresh. Take Form 3a from the contractor for respective years. That will be valid proof. later he/she shall check from PF department

Dear Jeeva rathnam, Now the problem is manpower contract proprietor has been passed away, the office is closed for more than a week, so tell me any other option to findout.

In PF claim status i see the company name but the no. belongs to the worker is not showing, i think it will shows only if we claim only it will show.

Hi Suresh In that case I believe all the PF work would have done by some consultant. If possible approach the consultant. Else you approach concerned PF office so that they will guide you.

No. There is no other option to check online. They are trying to do every thing online & will take another 2 - 3 months

There is no chance to check online. As per my knowledge yor are working in a org. as a contractor labour.
If i am right.. then you are talk with your principal employer..bcz the contractor is not giving all your legal document or any other thing(Wages, Bonus or F & F settlement) then the principla employee is libel for that.So pls cont your principal employer for that.
