prospective client during vendor registration do ask for PF and ESI compliance.
Please advise step by step procedure for opening the PF and ESI account.
What are the compliance and obligations for maintaining PF and ESI accounts.
How about overall liability on account of PF / ESI for a proprietary firm.
Any worksheet to calculate leave , salary , PF , ESI etc would be great help.

PF & ESIC is a mandatory. Whichever company you provide the services, they will ask this compliance. First you need to get PF & ESIC registration. you need to contribute employees and employers contribution every month under this account. It is your responsible to pay the contribution without fail and same you can charge from your clients if you are providing manpower/ services.
You need to maintain Muster roll and wage register as per respective states. You may call me for any assistance if required.
