Dear Kale
I had undergone LEAN SIX SIGMA - YELLOW BELT and GREEN BELT course. Yes, it has specific usage for HRM and can be associated/aligned with other departments based on organisation's requirements and business objectives.
You may contact Mr. Ashish Gupta, LSS - BLACK BELT CERTIFIED TRAINER @ 9702660029. He is based in NAVI MUMBAI. Also you can reach him by email and CC to .
Kindly do refer my name while approaching him.

am a certified six sigma champion from STQC...
Indian Statistical institute would be a good place .. they are one of the apex colleges in india.. and cost effective too.. couple of years back, 5k was the fee for green belt..
btw, the scope in HR is highly limited. people who say that there is scope are simply misleading..

Dear S V S RANA
I wrote there is a "SPECIFIC USAGE" that means "USAGE IT LIMITED". Kindly avoid writing something NEGATIVE and none is trying to MISLEAD anyone in this forum. By the way, let me know MISLEAD WHOM?
Its upto the LSS PROFESSIONALS to define its APPLICABILITY & USAGE not limiting it to other DOMAIN. Regarding STATISTICAL USAGE, LSS can also be used in HRM.
For your kind information there is NO GOOD OR BAD PLACE for LSS TRAINING & CERTIFICATIONS. Its all about the TRAINERS who are capable of delivering the SUBJECT and LEARNERS to LEARN AND MAKE BEST USE OF IT.
Hereafter, i hope you will avoid confusing members of this forum.

Mr Khadir, in today’s world concepts/ techniques are fast changing.. unlearning is a must before fresh learning can take place. kindly do not take personal offence, i did not mean to hurt you.

Dear Mr. S V S RANA,
Congratulations for having attended various certification courses. Although, neither i attended these courses nor i acquired all these certifications but, i do have certain amount of information which i had learnt by due EXPERIENCE.
I meant(SPECIFIC USAGE) exactly the same as you had repeated in your post "LIMITED".
So called "LIMITED" usage can also sound productive if utilized with SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES. Its upto the HR PROFESSIONALS to understand LSS STRATEGIES & ITS IMPORTANCE besides, to what extent they can make best use of it.
I strictly believe in CREATIVITY & INNOVATION and i don't follow anyone BLINDLY.
Kindly feel free to share your knowledge you had gained as i wish to learn more from you. Hope, other members do wish to learn from you. By sharing your knowledge you can add stars to this forum.
