First of all I am sorry for the delay in sending the photo. It was due to extensive traveling on my part.
Anyways, here is the photograph of Cite Hr Mumbai meet on 13th October 2007, at Dadar.

Mr. Ryan, Mr. Nikhil, Ms. Karuuna, Mr. Shiv Ram, Ms. Sanjana, Ms. Meenakshi, Mr. Prassanna, Mr. Dheeraj, Mr. Kenneth, Mr. Hemant, Mr. Ankit and Ms. Reshma.
About the people:
We had a mixture from all different but related areas of HR. There were IR champs, OD Specialist, Generalist HR, from Fresher to experienced and all of them.
About the meet:
The meeting was very informative. There was exchange of ideas and knowledge.
To sum up, I would say that we all were strangers and hardly knew each other, yet we felt very comfortable meeting each other for the first time because of one bonding between us and i.e. CITE HR.
I, also, would really like to thank CITE HR and all of those who have attended the meet and even to those who couldn’t make it.
Our next meet will be very soon. Request you all guys from Mumbai, please do join in.
And yes, special thanks to Karuuna. Really appreciate efforts put in by her.

Hi all,
We also talked briefly about what the next meeting should be about.
For the next meet, there was a proposal that we (the members) do short presentations or sessions on topics which we are strong on... thus sharing our knowledge.
Some of the immediate topics suggested were :
Recruitment Techniques
Psychometric tools
Labour laws
Other suggestions are welcome. However, do mention the topic where you can take a session. Don't worry about duplication. We can collate the same and then 2 or more people can jointly conduct a session. Duration of session, and venue will also be worked out accordingly.
Lets make things better! At least for ourselves. :D :wink: :)

Am very happy to know that finally Citehr members of Mumbai were able to get their act together and successfully organized the meet.

I would be delighted to take a day long session on Lateral Thinking & Creativity for the members.
Since I missed the meet, let me take the opportunity to make it up and am going to host the similar get-together – an informal meet on 27th Oct,2007 at the same venue for the benefit of members who couldn’t make it this time!.
