Here’s some feedback:
a) The look and feel of the slides is very pleasing.
b) If objectives are not mentioned in the presentation then the viewer is left struggling to find out what is the ppt all about… Please include them.
c) Be careful with bullet points: eg. Slide no. 6:
*How many levels of management and non management employees?
*will be involved?
d) Slide no. 7: Types Of Training, modes of training and training methodologies have been mixed. They are different.
e) Slide no.11: Data representation of the companies training session promptly given (the data does not mention what the Y axis denote)
f) Slide no. 16: Take care of the grammar: Lets (Let’s), you suggestion to overcome the situation.
g) The overall flow and content needs work. (slides 19 onwards does not make much sense to me)
