I am Working in a consultancy as a HR Executive. We r Looking IT & ITES Requirements. Currently v r working for the position of Technical Support Executive (TSO/TSE) in Voice Process (Inbound).
For past 2 months v r working in this position. Till today v sent more then 200 Candidates for that BPO Company, But only 10 Candidates r selected by that company.
Now here; My doubt is from where v can get the candidates with excellent Communication Skill & with qualification of Gratuation apart from the Job Portals.
If any body having any idea about this, Pls clear my doubt.

Talk to the selected candidates and share their interview experience and their strengths and weaknesses also do same activity with non selected candidates you will surly get your solution.

when ever you get the requirement from your client ,you also enquire from them about their competitors or which company is working in same project. it will help you to headhunt the right candidates.

First interact with the rejected candidate and then understand what is the company requirement and then share the same with the selected candidate. First do research with the market how many of them are working in Technical and into Sales. then your work will be simple then start poching from that comp.
Before sending the profile to the company you might be having the knowledge about the company over view and then discuss with the candidate and then send for the interview.
Example like Amazon is into sales and Technical and similar Knoah Solutions....

I would sugguest you to go for campus drives instead of downloading CV's from Portals and if possible try to facilitate the interviews along with your Client in the campus itself thereby enabling you to close as many positions as possible within a short span of time.

A lot many of my friends attended the same and got placed in one of the leading bpo companies at Bangalore.
If you are seeking for candidates with good communication skills, campus placements where the students aim at making fast money can be picked.

As i am running an hr training named Speakeasy it's very easy to answer u'r query
normally we go to uzavar sandhai to purchase fresh vegetables, at the same time to buy at a cheaper prices isn't it? the same way we go to automobile dealer to buy a car.. I am sorry am i exceeding my limit?
that is the way u can go to either very good colleges to get ur candidates or else come to us. ie like a professional training institutes.
Thing is we need to filter the candiates who are in the need rather than requirment of a job, cos most of the candidates are not having a stable mindset when they are coming to us.
if they have the thirst and quest to learn, it's very easy to train anybody.
particularly english can be taught with in a week time. the rest is they have to practice like cycling and swimming to get the expertise.
