Yes, You are right. CV can be designed in several ways. In fact, for every unique opportunity, a unique CV is required according to demand. The major components of CV are:
1. Contact details
2. Basic details (like as personal, qualification, hobbies, reference etc.)
3. Emphasised details (your success story, experience, major achievements, Key responsiblity areas, professionaly interest areas etc.)
Now, as per your requirement you can customised it in following ways -
a. as per desired sequence, or
b. Above point 3, as per prposed employer's requirement
c. or both a & b.
