The essence of assessment tests lies in they being valid and reliable. There are agencies who have done research and designed their own assessment tests. To promote their product, they upload part of their product freely on their website.
However, the result of these free tests may not be reliable. The reliability of the outcome of the tests is important because based on the test report, you will be taking the decision to recruit the job candidate. What if your recruitment decision goes wrong and you recruit wrong person? In that case, your organisation could pay price for that.
Going further, I would say that nothing is given free in this world. Only cheap things are given free. If your organisation wanted to be best, then this bestness cannot be achieved by settling for the cheap. Hope you have taken cognisance of this universal rule?

I am strongly agree with the statement that nothing is free in this world.
As of now we are using conventional method for hiring. And now we want to upgrade the hiring process by using pre-hire assessment tool to hire the best candidates. I am looking for free tool just to know-how about Assessment tool before taking any decision about paid services.
