Anybody have the experience of maintaining Resume database in house instead of depending up on job portals every time?
Every time we recruit one position, we get 500 resumes on average, but we do not keep any track of the resumes for future use. But if we can save the resumes in a database in our computer and search the data whenever we get fresh opening in future, that will reduce the time and cost.
But this requires some software. Anybody using such software, please post your experience with the software and its source and cost.
Thank you
