I resigned from my job 2 days after joining and I did not provide any details to the organisation for PF creation but I had provided Aadhar, PAN and UAN no. at the time of joining. Will they be able to create UAN and PF account without Form 11 and other details. Asking this because I have a BGV going on in other organisation and worried it might be flagged which may lead to offer getting rescinded. Thanks for the help.

If UAN number already exists for you and if it is provided with the Employer, Employer can allot new PF number irrespective of whether you had submitted FORM 11 or not.

UAN already exists, but I wanted to ask if a new member ID can be created in EPFO if I have not submitted Form 11 and other required forms. I have absconded from the organization and they do not have my bank details.

Hi, As already clarified if UAN already exists PF form 11 is not required. For new PF number allotment your Bank details are not required. Bank details you need to update in your UAN login.

No. Nowadays it is not at all possible. As Aadhar /PAN linked with the existing UAN alloting another new UAN is highly impossible. This Member's concern is that how come his past employer allotted new PF number without submitting Form11. Member being a existing contributing member to PF, Form11 has nothing to do with new PF number allotment.
