Dear Members,
Request you to clarify me on the following EPS points.:
1) Getting reduced pension from EPFO ( for 13 years service ended 2001).
2) After a break Joined new organization in 2009 and they are deducting EPF from salary.
3) Already receiving reduced pension, can I request Management to stop deducting EPF from salary.
4) Then can I ask for EPF settlement after waiting period. or am I eligible for 2nd time pension benefit.
Please clarify.

you have to surrender the old PPO in fevor of linking with current EPF account,
