Dear Amar,
i would like to bring your kind attention that if an employee has basic + DA more than 6500 then pf contribution from employer side would be as on 6500.
And question from your side is that some software company not deducting pf from employee. here i wanna tell you when employee newly join any organisation and he is offered basic and da more than 6500 per month. Then legally he is not forceful to be deducted the pf amount.it is depend upon the employee consent when he has begining more than 6500 basic da per month.
if an employee contribution less than 10 years then he will get 12% employee share+interest+Company 3.67%+interest+company8.33%. but for this he has to resign from his duties.
After 10 years of service the company 8.33% of contribution will go in pension fund of employee.
