Dear Pcsmgmt,
Professional Tax is a State Law. Each State has its own Law. Some State they do not have this Law / Tax.
Each State has its own rules, regulations and procedures in regards to registration and levy of Tax. There is no PAN India registration. You need to approach every State Authority in this regard with relavent papers. In many States, this department is pnline and IT Rollout.
