Hi, the Companies Act has been amended to to provide for the companies name to include even numericals eg, 3i Infotech etc., now it is upto you and your imagination. Since you want it to be westernised you may go in for Energen (a combo of energy & generation), powerture (power & venture), etc. As far as India is concerned, it should be suffixed with "P Ltd" or "Ltd" depending upon the case (hope yours is also a corporate body).

second word shall be either "Power or energy"...as trend today is indian power generation biggies like gmr energy, gvk power, bgr energy...etc are present,,,,,the first word can be initials of your founder / promoter etc..who has contributed in big manner for formation of group. Hope this will help. Lastly, as mentioned earlier add pvt. and ltd. after the first two words..in final it should look like (initials of founder) (power/energy) Pvt.Ltd.
