Request you to kindly provide me the proces and document required for surrendering the ESIC sub code in Thane, Mumbai.
In june 2000, we had completed one project in thane area in this regard we had taken ESIC Sub Code from thane esic of our one of the factory located at Kolkatta but this code coverage letter received in June 2007. In between above said kolkatta factory also closed.

Dear You can write the letter for surrendering the ESI Sub code to ESI Office and contribution if you have to be paid in same code no. as you have recieved. Suresh
