We have Sales people working in various locations throughout the country. Their Salary is processed at Head Office located at Bangalore and ESI contributions are paid from Head Office. In case they have to get the inclusion/authentication of their family members done, My question is whether they have to bring their family members to Bangalore for Aadhar card authentication or can they get it done at their respective locations/states in which they are working. Can any one provide clarification on this point.
