Nice collection of Yoga postures and documents on meditation techniques. As an 'ART OF LIVING' Teacher who has been practicing yoga & meditation for the past 15years, I'd like to say that reading these articles and literature is only for our info. But if one is earnestly desirous of learning and practising any of these 'asanas' and/or 'meditation' techniques, one should first learn them under the guidance of a trained teacher. I strongly recommend such people to take the 'Art of Living' courses and learn how to practice them as then you can clarify any and every doubt from your Teacher with whom you'll enjoy ease of access.
Otherwise wrong practice can put strains on your nervous system and harm you in the long run. So friends!... happy reading, but if you are keen on learning do so under a Trained Teacher.
