Hi Seniors, Please help me design a Fellowship policy. We are planning to engage students/individuals interested in doing Fellowship with our organization. I want to know, how do we plan a process for the same?

The definition of fellowship is:
(a) an association of people who share common beliefs or activities
(b) the state of being with someone and
(c) money granted (by a university or foundation or other agency) for advanced study or research
Of the above, the closest meaning in your case is (c).
However, the second sentence of your post reads "'We are planning to engage students/individuals interested in doing Fellowship with our organisation".
The person who does the fellowship, need not be doing it with the organisation that disburses the money. The research work could be anywhere. Therefore, please clarify what your management wishes to do.
Is it that your management wishes to hire the interns and wants to launch the internship programme but they have mistaken between the fellowship and the internship?
Please clarify.
