Tharindu,
You are welcome. Aspiring PhD students should do some literature survey first to see what others have done and where a gap exists before embarking on enrolling. They should use the knowledge gained during their Masters degree and decide in which field their interest lies.

Hi
Which topics do you think better and we did not research about it?
1- role of human resource management and firm competitiveness
2- Firm competitiveness in economic crisis
3- job quality and employee well-being
If you have more suggestion please give me.
Thanks

Thank you for the query. I am not a HR expert and am not conversant with the current situation, as I retrired from academia over 5 years ago. Please conduct some literature survey as mentioned in my previous post.
Sorry to disappoint you.

You have to read scholarly articles. You can access abstracts of articles by searching the web on topics that you feel passionate about. For example, I searched for Workplace psychology and found an article at Does workplace counselling work? more at Google

Simhan has given the right advice. If I may suggest, you need to look into the following pointers.....
1. Your interest that will motivate you to do research "with a purpose" not just to get a degree/recognition.
2. Jot down all the topics that come to your mind.
3. Shortlist the ones that stand out in the list.
4. Do a little web search and research to see topics that you have selected but have not been researched enough and there is a wide scope.
5. Analyze your choice and see realistically speaking, is it a challenge that you should take up?
6. Then put it up for feedback comments from your friends/teachers or forum like this.
7. Then decide..... this will be the starting point.
A little hard work and you will enjoy the process and fruits of your research. Al the best.( that is if you are still in the process of selecting a topic)
