I am currently in the process of refining our new employee onboarding procedures and am seeking assistance from the community.

Could anyone kindly share a comprehensive Employee Joining Form and a Documentation Checklist for new employee onboarding? Your expertise and insights will be immensely valuable as we aim to enhance our onboarding process.

The Documents required from new joinee is:
1. Acknowdgement copy of his offier letter/ Appointment letter
2. Copy of all his educational & Technical qualification certificates (right from SSC to his highest degree)
3. Copy of Aadhar Card
4. Copy of PAN Card
5. Photocopy of his Cancelled cheque (for crediting his salary)
6. Copy of his nomination forms of PF, Gratuity, Superannuation, etc.,

1. Biodata / Resume duly signed by candidates.
2. Copy of Aadhar Card
3. Copy of PAN Card
4. Copy of Driving License (specially for sale / marketing team)
5. Photocopy of Bank Pass Book or Cancelled Cheque (for crediting his salary)
6. Copy of Candidate's nomination forms of PF, Gratuity, Superannuation, etc.,
7. Copy of Candidate's offer letter/ Appointment letter, last 3 Month salary Slip.
8. Copy of all Candidate's educational & Technical qualification certificates (right from SSC to his highest degree)
9. 5 Passport Size photos of Candidate's + 1 Family Photos.
