Leave for Covid 19 - is there any rule to give special leave for corona cases?

Hi Everyone, One of our employees has been affected by Covid-19 so he has not been on job for 10 days and will not come for more 14 days.
He has his pending 23 earned leaves but I need to know is there any rule to give special leave for corona cases?
