Dear All,

I am working with an Architectural & Planning company. It has just changed into a Pvt Ltd company. Earlier it was a partnership firm.

Now we have decided to provide appointment letter to employees, as till yet they haven’t got any type of appointment letter. Our legal consultant has suggested us to issue a letter of continuation (as giving fresh appointment letters with new joining date might lead to other complications). If any of you have format of this type of letter, please share it with me.

My further query is:
What are the other points which we must include in this letter?
Do we need to mention the actual date of joining in this letter?

Looking forward to get any response.

Regards,
Rashmi
