let me tell u wat i do.....
We have 2 white boards one in the main hall and another in conference room. Everyday morning i will write something or the other on the main board like :
1. Tongue twisters
2. Amazing facts
3. Puzzles
4. Thought of the day
5. Birthday wishes with chocolates under the board. After taking the chocolate they have to sign and wish their friend.
6. Every month Best employee and Pier recognition nominee names will be displayed there
7. Condolence - If employee / or any family member of the employee pass away
8. Blood Donation request
9. Donation for orphan age request either money / clothes
10. Employee ideas - In wat way shall we celebrate New year, Friendship day, Independence day and Festivals
11. Film / Tour - Polls will be conduceted here
12. Paintings / Poetry from employees - I will ask them to do it on board.
13. Articles - Interesting ones
14. Home remedy health tips depending on the season
15. Employee sugessions - Wat else can we do here - something different
