Hello Everyone, I am in the process of preparing task-based/output-based contracts for short durations. Could anyone please suggest how to go about it? what all clauses are required in the contract or if anyone has any sample, which can be shared, that will be of great help. Earlier, while giving a reply to one of the posts, I had given a list of the points that can be included while issuing the Purchase Order (PO). The same list is applicable even for making contract also. You may click here to refer to the list.
Whether you make a contract agreement or not, please issue the PO on your company letterhead. Just sending an email is not sufficient.
