I am looking for a help from you all as I am confused in and how to calculate the EPF & ESI for Maharashtra. I am confused as to on what amount does the EPF & ESI is calculated. Will the special allowance be considered when I calculate both the components. Also on which amount is the EPF & ESI is calculated. What all compliance do I need to maintain every month for EPF & ESI. Can you guys help me with the excel sheet of salary sheet for Maharashtra so that I can calculate the same.
