Hi,
I am working in Manpower consultancy and we are deputing the people on Hourly basis. We are also paying them on hourly basis.
We are deducting the PF and paying our contribution to the said employees.
Now the employees are asking for monthly leave. Is there any provision for it. Kindly support.

hourly payment basis payout is not employment bur taking professional services, check the employment rules of your respective labor department.
though the principal have paid for hour basis but the contractor has to pay them on daily or monthly basis, deducting the absence and non contributory periods
daily and monthly basis employees are eligible for all benefits at par with other regular workers
