Being HR Person I have my company ID & Password for "esic.in" portal.
I want to update my employees details but when I login in portal and reach to "Update IP details" link, it open but I am not able to update any details.
Could you please guide me step by step?

Except IP Name and Date of Joining, you can update all
in the screen there are radio buttons, go to the respective radio button, it will open in new pop up window, and you can edit, tick the disclaimer to accept and same the same.

yes I am using "firefox"
but when i click on "Update IP details".... it open new page from where I select my employee then it show 5 Radio Button... now when I try to click on any link like "personal details" or nominee or Aadhaar. its not working.
Am I doing anything wrong...but where I don't know?

your browser settings are blocking "popup" on the top menubar of mozilla, see that a box appear with red cross marked, when u click any radio button, just click that and allow pop ups from esic.in

Sir can u please guide me that after the New Revised ESIC Coverage w.e.f January 2017, ESIC Branch offices are not clicking Pictures for ESIC ( Smart Card) , will TIC serve the purpose of Permanent card as there is 1 month validity date on TIC.

link the aadhaar of employee and the family members,
after linking of aadhar and verification (site will display it as verified) it would become e-pahchan card
employer will sign the same and validate for 3 to 6 months ( i.e for any contribution period, upto 31/03/2017 ot (31/10/2017 after 01/04/2017 re validation)
smart card is no more needed, validation by employer is enough to get the benefits.

The Same happening with me also,after successfully login we'r not getting access to radio buttons highlighted under update IP
details section.
Think,may be this error arouse due to recent browser update.
