I have been working as an Assistant professor at MES College Erumely since 2011. It is an unaided college under Mahathma Gandhi University of Kerala and accredited by NAAC. The institution is a minority institution under Article 30 of the Indian Constitution. Now, our management is trying to terminate me and two others due to a lack of students. We have three bachelor's degrees with 106 students and 8 staff.
