Please check these all. threads and find out which of these stories you presented is originally yours.

If you look at the attribution in the blog, i have clearly given as SOURCE: From various websites...... the posted stories are the one which is inspired from my end and since these selected ones are good thought it might be helpful for someone, so have posted it into isngle blog..... is that ok??? thanks...

All these stories in the blog are PLAGIARISED and violation of Copyright.
Simply mentioning that " Taken from various websites" does not absolve the perpetrator of violations. There is even NO MENTION of the sources/websites from where the material has been COPIED.
These stories are taken without PERMISSION or specific acknowledgement of Source; which makes this activity illegal.
For example; can one publish a novel in his name, by copying the material of several novels and combining them ???
Can one publish a short-story collection by COPYING from short stories of several authors ???
Such activities are immoral, illegal and punishable offences.

Please note all the stories which is posted are copied from the social network sites and where-ever it is been mentioned as "Share it to others or Share to Friends" those have been copied and shared. I hope the shared details might have inspired someone as am inspired.
Unless until if share details are not mentioned, the stories will not be shared as am also aware of the violation and illegal practice. I could shared in social networks sites, but i felt the excellent stories to be highlighted and collectively posted in single page and chosen the blog where it can be easily found from my friends circle....
If you see Baskar comments, he advise that many of the stories are available in Cite hr too...if we check in CITE HR site, the stories which is shared is also taken from some other sources, it doesn't mean illegal where so many members read the stories and appreciated the same. it is like knowledge sharing...
I feel knowledge sharing has been done from my end which can be useful for my friends & team as-well.....

Another way of sharing small jokes or popular contemporary humourous/motivational short pieces is to RE-WRITE them in one's own words.
I shall refer this to my mentor and academician Mr. Simhan for his suggestion and further guidance.
