I have recently opened new company (third party manpower), as for third party manpower provider organization every employer asking for ESIC & PF registration but currently i don't have manpower as no one is interested without these registration.
So pls advise me how i will register my company without employees in ESIC & PF, as ESIC/PF registration they need list of employees.
