Hi All, I have received minor negative feedback informally during my probation period but one thing I found disturbing was when I was told that I do not fit in culturally. Let me know if this is a bad sign and how to tackle this.

Dear Nazneen,
Absolutely it is an informal signal that you are not going to complete your probation period to the satisfaction of your employer and it may result either in the extension of your period of probation or even in your exit. Have some introspection and correct your behaviour accordingly.

Dear Nazneen,
Greetings!
Just ignore the negative feedback.
Second thing, ask very bluntly to your employer or the person who had told you that not fit in culturally, what is the meaning of this line or what he/she wish to say.
Let me know the answer of this question whatever you get.
