I'm currently working as a US IT HR recruiter and considering a move to Dubai. I'm planning to enhance my skills and explore opportunities there. I'm debating between taking the GPHR (Global Professional in Human Resources) or CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) certification. If anyone has insights on which course would be more beneficial for the Dubai job market, or if there are other courses I should consider, please let me know!
