Hello all, There is a current issue going on with me for dual employment. I explain the case.
I got selected for a company but decided to leave in a month, I have resignation on 30th may and TL said ok but as I was new in this professional world so was not aware of the notice period nor was told by hr or TL. I Joined another company B on 3rd June and cleared all checks, then after 1.5 yr joined company B there also cleared all Background checks. Now when I got selected for Company D, till now I have completed 4 years of service. After getting selected for D company, after 3 months HR says I have dual income from my A company for 14 days and we are terminating you. They terminated me. They did so because my first A company gave me a relieving letter on 17th June whereas, I left that on 30th May and joined company B on 3rd June.
Now I am stuck at it, I need to know how can I get out of this. I am currently jobless now and need a solution of it such that I can apply for other companies.
Please please help me
