I have seen many English Grammar ppts which are very useful for those with MTI in this site... check for Accent UK and Grammar ppts... there is a wonderful zip file which is useful to school, college, and MTI students.

there is no fast or hard rule to start the grammar. for basic spoken skills, one need to touch the basic grammar.
