If gross salary is more than minimum wages , is it considered covered Minimum Wages in Karnataka or not ?

As per the Government Notification Minimum Wages is Rs 10000/- but we are paying Basic+DA is Rs 8000/- and Special allowance is Rs.5000/- and Other allowance is Rs 5000/- So his total fixed Gross is Rs 18000/-

As per Notification we are paying 2 thousand less but fixed Gross is more than minimum wages , is it acceptable or not

Kindly clarify , if you have any notification or judgment kindly share with us.
