Please guide me for the esic deduction eligibility for the below matter.
Monthly basic salary 7700
Monthly performance incentive 13700
Gross total salary 21400
After deduction of PF getting every month aproxx. 20500/- but from the month of feb-16 a deduction Rs 370 or 380 (aproxx.) as esic.
IS THAT THIS DEDUCTION IS CORRECT OR NOT.
