Hi guys

Please share your honest views as per your knowledge.

I was employed as a Mid senior level employee in an MNC for 2 years. It was early time during COVID 19 when my colleague became my reporting manager and things started taking shape of politics which eventually hampered my health and mental peace.

Later after treatment from almost 3 doctors i joined but I was literally bullied with all the politeness which can be shown in office. since it was my first career job i didn't know how to answer those cheap tactics and torture.

However i didn't give up and stand there.Later i was told by super senior that "Why are you here you will be placed somewhere else,go to head office as next salary won't be credited from this office accounts department" when he was going to washroom.

I came to HO and they asked me to wait .After waiting 2-3 months they Fired my by saying i was not reporting my office.
And the worst thing was when i went to ask from so called National HR - in head office,
He said "Teri aesi profile banaunga ki khi India me job nhi milegi" ie "I will make such a case that you will never get a job in India ".
I left the company in hope to find som better opportunity but either due to hard luck or due to national HR dead i didn't get any opportunity to appear for any good company interview round.

I remained unemployed for almost 10 months and had to compromised with a startup.
From that time i am struggling.

My main question is it possible that national HR would have done something because of which i am not getting any opportunity in any good company. If yes how can I remove that from my profile.

Please tell

These are only threats and not practical. It is true that if the HR person is extreme then he may give negative feedbacks in a background verification. But chances of that is very remote. He should have forgotten what happened between you and him. That need not be taken seriously. Still if you feel so, you can meet him personally and solve it.
