Can anyone suggest any format to give a proposal to the Board member for Staff salary increment. My main motive is to do it to get approval from the board for increment to all Staff.

can someone send some points ... I am proposing to the Board members for group increment while company is in loss. I would like to make a such presentation in that i am not requesting for an increment but i am showing them condition for increment. I mean they should not realize that i am favor of group increment as a HR.
