I require the draft of VC ageement based on the agreed principle and below
are some of the few terms that I need to include on the agreement.
1, The nature of business.
2, The contribution of each partner (We will contribute the capital
needed and you will provide the Knowledge and technical expertise
needed).
3, Authorized withdrawals.
4, The control and authority of partners.
5, The procedure and treatment of partners interest at death or retirement.
6, Settlement of dispute between partners.
7, Interest on capitals and withdrawals.
8, Directors power and responsibility.
