Hello sir/ madam, I want to know if I am working in the company as DET. After completing the training, I didn't get any confirmation or provisional. I still work in the company, and my salary is the same as I got in detail. You work for five months after the training period is completed.

If the company is not confirming you after training period just resign from there after serving proper notice period and look for suitable job. Why you want to take legal action against company. Company may have reasons like unsatisfactory performance.. Do a self analysis on your performance and find out where you need to improve.
