Dear All, I have completed 15 months in my organization, but I have not received any confirmation letter from my Employer to date. My query is whether my services are under prohibition period or are confirmed.

I don't know what is 'prohibition period' but if you mean to say 'probation period', you have to refer to the appointment order. If there is any period of probation mentioned with a clause that you will be on probation until your service is confirmed in writing, then you are deemed to be under probation only.

It depends on the terms of appointment. Under normal circumstance a probationer may lose the job without assigning any reason. Therefore, if the confirmation is delayed beyond the original probation period, the employee should talk to the Reporting Officer and or the HR Manager, and get a clarification. If the discussion turns negative, then the employee should start searching for another opportunity forthwith.
