Hi all, Today i want to bring in light a serious issues about the companies including top MNCs.
This is so embarrassing that in today's world instead of taking on roll, top companies are taking employees on third party payroll.
Myself working in a top MNC in Nasik Maharashtra India on third party payroll since 1 year, with a small salary, hidden pay slip, no CL, PL, no medical insurance, no etc etc services which are given to permanent employees.
Like me there are so many peoples who are working since long time on third party payroll in my single company,
Actually they are cheating with these employees, they are ruining their career, they are playing with the life of these employees.
It might be my frustration but it is the black and dark truth of today's era.
Your valuable suggestions are most welcome.

Dear Mohammad Junaid Mirza,
Contract workers cannot be deprived of the statutory benefits like leave, payslip, medical insurance (in lieu of ESI) etc. I recommend you talking to the contractor. Otherwise, all of you together may give a collective application to the Labour Officer (LO) under whose jurisdiction your company falls into. He may investigate the matter and restore your rights.
Have you completed more than 240 days of the continuous work with the principal employer? If yes, you are eligible for the permanent employment. However, before submitting application for permanent employment let us take opinions of other seniors.
Thanks,

Actually i am working there since more than 1 year,
There are many people who are working from 8 years /9 years on contract.
They have lost their career in the name of my MNC company. They hope that one day they will become a permanent employee. But as per my personal opinion possibility is rare for the same. I also joined the organization in the name of company and the same hope, I asked the same question at the time of interview that is it possible to become permanent employee here and answer was yes, but after i joined the company i found many who are working since long years.

Dear Mohammad Junaid Mirza,
Being offroll/contract employee does not mean that your career is ruined in anyway, if your performance and behaviour at work is found to be suitable, you never know they might promote you.
If contract employees are not being transferred to company's payroll, then they should move on to better opportunities, why are they still sticking to the company and complaining?
This is the game, take your experience and switch for better salary, your next company might take you onrolls.

Dear Junaid,
I completely agree with Mr. Akash and Mr. S Venkatesh, Most of the MNC's are prefering to hire employees on third party payroll, it is very safe and cost saving for organization. Lean and improve your skill, experience. On the basis of your MNC experience you can find another opportunity on roll with good remuneration.
