Hi Senior,
I am facing the problem that employees often do not submit daily reports,leave/short leave /outduty application on mail,dont remember to wear ID card etc. Sometimes they do,sometimes they don't. Its not right that I have to remind them of these things again and again. I want to know what steps/warning/actions I can take so that they follow the rules without having to remind them.

Record such incidents and issue warning letters. Declare 'employee of the Month" awards based on compliances. Very simple, "Carrot and stick.....".
