I want to monitor how well drivers are allocated duty by our Transport incharge since drivers have been complaining of unjustified duty allocation.
For this purpose i seek your help to implement a duty roster for the drivers which can help me analyse duty allocation and take measures if things are not in order.So please share any such duty roster format if you all have.I shall be grateful to you all.

Hi,
First of all you have share the transport management system in your company. What kind of duty you give to drivers? Are they on the pay roll of your company? Rented Drivers? Are they being used for daily pickup/drop of employees? or used for general office purpose.
If you clear these things, i can help you in this matter.

Sir,veryKind of you to offer help...The fact is the drivers are on our payroll.Duty is basically for pick up and drop of Senior Executives from Airport amd other travels related to office work.Showroom related work etc..
The drivers are to be given off 1 day every week,however sometimes heavy duty makes it impossible to give weekly off on time....
