Dear Friends,
I am designing a training program on Appreciative Inquiry for one of my clients.
I have a couple of exercises that I have used effectively and I am now looking for some more ideas.
I would love to hear of any novel, profound and impacting activities or exercises that you or someone has used to drive home the philosophy, the skill and the process of Appreciative Inquiry.
Thanks

Good to know that you are using AI in training. Can you tell about the objectives of your training? I do use AI for OD training in Bangladesh. I used to strat with Appreciative interview to know the live giving forcess of organization/unit/team. Afterward start searching positive aspects of organization and people. Whatever, using AI tools againe depends on the very objetive(s) of the event. Let me know, I will try my best to help you

Hi Abdullah,
Thank you for your inputs,
My design covers this already, It reaffirms that I am using the right content.
Here are the objectives of the program
Discuss why conventional approaches to change create resistance and often don’t work
Explain appreciative inquiry and its theoretical underpinnings
The 4D cycle approach to change - and how to apply it
Practice applying appreciative inquiry principles
Discover the range of applications of appreciative inquiry and how it can help you in your role
Thanks and Regards,
Kenneth Lewis
