I would like to know that what are the Forms and regsiter HR has to maintain on daily or monthly basis as per Law. I am working in PVT LTD company and strenght of the company is 30.
I am also interested in creating WhatsApp’s HR Group which would have member from HR/IR/ER/ Personnel-/ Manager/ Sr/ Executive. Please help me in creating whatsApp group.

simply make compliance with shram suvidha portal and use their online register, which consolidates most of registers to be maintained,
only inspection register/books and accidents register/books would be then main part of physical register to be maintained unless any register is specified specifically for specific type of industry

I have been asked to maintain hard copy of required & mandatory forms i.e FORM "O" "C" & Q. Also i would like to know whether i have register my company on Shram Suvidha Portal and is it chargable what's a procedure of same.
Kindly explain me in details. As so far i have maintained only personal files of all employees and File of PF challan.
Kindly suggest.

under HR jobs there is no such forms but loads of registers and returns to be maintained this is HR forum, so discussions are limited to the subject only
