Dear Seniors....
We have Contractor workers in our Company and we are preparing EL provision report for them with calculation of 1 EL for 20 working days as per the Factories Act.
But my doubt is whether we need to be consider their Weekly Off also for calculation of EL for them??? if not necessary, is their any notification for not to consider their weekly off for calculating EL?
